Our mornings and evenings are sacred. This is when we gather as a group to explore soul-awakening practices—from breathwork and movement to deep, embodied connection exercises. Each day begins with qigong and ecstatic dance, waking up your body’s energy and attuning you to the rhythm of the land. Evenings are for Tantric embodiment, sound healing, and deep integration, allowing the day’s experiences to settle into your bones. Here, we peel away the layers of who we were taught to be and reintroduce ourselves to the essence of who we’ve always been.

Whether that means setting out on a guided adventure—snorkeling in turquoise waters, wandering through hidden jungle paths, or meditating under a cascading waterfall—or curling up in a hammock and listening to the rhythm of the earth, every moment is designed to bring you closer to yourself.
