About Our Sessions
For as long as I can remember, even as a small child, I’ve noticed the body’s quiet whispers—places that light up, almost asking for attention. It’s as if they hold a message, waiting to be heard.
Over time, I came to understand this as one of my gifts: the ability to listen deeply to what’s been silenced or hidden within. My work is about helping untangle what the body holds so you can reclaim what’s always been yours.

Since 2009, I’ve worked as a somatic tantric practitioner, guiding people back to their bodies and the parts of themselves they thought were lost. In our sessions, your body may reveal a frozen moment in time—a buried emotion, an image, or a younger version of you waiting to be embraced.
Through breath, sound, and compassionate exploration, we gently rewrite the stories that have kept you stuck. This isn’t just healing; it’s the sacred work of reclaiming lost soul pieces and making space for you to thrive. You might offer understanding to a past version of yourself or release what still lingers from another’s impact.
These moments can be raw, tender, and profoundly freeing. In that acceptance, you reclaim the right to be fully yourself—alive, powerful, and whole. Clients often describe our work as decades of therapy in a single session. Many say they’ve never felt so seen, understood, or connected to their truest selves.
My partner, Peter, often joins me, bringing his expertise in qigong to help clear stagnant energy and invite in the new. Together, we create a safe space where transformation becomes not just possible but inevitable—where the untamed, vibrant you can finally emerge.
